Roy Kronk…Really?
The defense wants to have Kronks ex wife deposed (Jill Kerley) she will be testifying in this deposition that Roy Kronk bound her on at least two occasions with “heavy duty duct tape”. So basically being Jill was bound with duck tape they will have you form the opinion that Kronk killed Caylee…I wonder how they will then explain how Caylee ended up in Casey’s car trunk? Or how he obtained the duck tape from their garage or Caylee’s doll and comforter from her bed…the laundry bag from their garage…let’s not forget the heart sticker too.
How do you get around the fact that Casey did not tell anyone her daughter was missing for 31 days and only after being forced to tell did she then come up with this story….it was Cindy who called and reported it…had Cindy not found Casey you could only wonder if Casey would ever told anyone….would she have just taken off and break off ties with her family in order to keep this secret? It makes you wonder…when I think about it, and how she must have planned this out originally, I think she figured she could kill Caylee and then just avoid her family, they would never figure out where she was…her friends would be told Caylee lives with Cindy and George…and had Casey moved to let’s say California and made new friends, she may have then decided not to even tell anyone she had a daughter…but invent a whole new life for herself…
